What it looks like when you see it.
Three things happen in front of you. Each one runs on the tools you already have access to, and each one ends with something you can keep.
A voice agent calls your phone
A voice agent calls your phone from a real number. You answer, you speak, and it answers back in your own language, with the questions your work actually asks. Nothing about it is scripted.
Images and video, made in front of you
You give a sentence, and an image and a short clip are made from it while you watch. You decide whether they are good enough to use, and you see how quickly that changes.
What the models do, and where they fail
You see what the current models actually do, in plain language, and where they are confidently wrong. The limits are part of the demonstration, not a footnote.
01Explore Day
One day, in two halves.
The primary offer, and the usual first step. It is built for a team that has met AI in a chat window and little else.
- Who it is for
- Companies and their teams with little or no hands-on experience. The whole firm is welcome, from partners to assistants. No technical background is assumed.

- One day, in two halves.
- What happens
- Morning, demonstrations across the field: a voice agent calls your phone, images and video are made in front of you, and you see what the current models actually do and where they fail. Afternoon, you use it yourselves, on API keys we bring, with help on hand.
- What you leave with
- Your own first idea, on paper, and a short list of what is worth building.
Companies know AI exists, and have no felt sense of what it can do, so they never form project ideas of their own. The day manufactures the idea.

They do it themselves.
In the afternoon the room opens the tools on keys we bring, with the morning's demonstrations still on the table. Nobody watches and nobody takes notes. Everyone builds something small before the day ends.

- Senior, technical. Security teams, red and blue, and armed-forces and security buyers. People who already code.

- One full day.
- What happens
- Agents and harnesses for offensive security work, including abliteration at the model level, so the models cooperate with security work instead of refusing. A VPS for each participant, and attack and defence in pairs in the afternoon.

- A harness you built yourselves, and a model that cooperates with the work.
